ICI project

Each of the 5 partner universities has created an ICI Core Team.

The ICI core teams are the primary target group of this project and act as changemakers in their own institution. These teams represent the diversity that is specific to each partner university. Their composition ensures the participation of a wide range of underrepresented stakeholders across the partnership. They function as ICI champions in their university and the wider university system in their country. They have a leading role in the implementation, evaluation and sustainability of the ICI methodology.

The ICI core teams are formed by:

• An internationalisation leader
• A teaching coordinator (academic)
• An educational developer
• An administrative staff member
• An ICT/Blended learning expert
• 2 students
